Terms of Services

1. General Rules & Species Ownership

• The Bloodormar species is a CLOSED SPECIES. You cannot create your own Bloodormar unless you have an official MYO (Make Your Own) slot obtained through an event or sale.

• Purchasing a Bloodormar grants you character ownership for personal use, but not species rights. You do not have the right to claim the species as your own or alter its fundamental traits.

• Bloodormar characters and their lore may contain +18 content (violence, sensitive themes, and NSFW elements). Minors are not allowed to own, purchase, or trade Bloodormars.

• Co-ownership of a Bloodormar character is not allowed.

2. Credit and Usage

• Always credit Akaronpa as the creator of the species. If the design is made by a guest artist, credit them as well.

• Credit is required only in submissions featuring official artworks or when explicitly asked for design accreditation.

• Designers (Akaronpa or guest artists) retain the right to display their creations in their portfolios, galleries, or social media for promotional purposes.

• If you own a MYO and want to do a design based on another character of yours/turn your character into a Bloodormar :
  You can, but give the credit to the original designer. Also, be sure the original design is ok for their design to be now in a closed species. 

• If you own a Zhenista-Planet character and want it to void them/change their species to get off the closed species :
  You can't. Unless YOU are the designer of the character (with a MYO for example) or if the original designer is ok with that. In any case, before doing it, please inform admin you'll do it so we'll void the character from our closed species. Also, the character MUST BE changed to not look like the original species they were from. Send the final design to an admin, and we'll confirm you if it's far enough (or send WIP to be sure).
  For example, to void a Bloodormar and redesign it into, another species you'll have to withdraw the key features of the species (Slime parasite, torso holes, 3 eyes faces...). Of course, some details can be discussed and talking to an admin is the best in that case to avoid any problems.

• Bloodormars/Zhenista-Planet characters can be used commercially, only the characters for little commercial purpose as sticker/keychain/ect... You own the character and can do merch with them but do not own the species. Don't use the species in a commercial way. Don't use our logo in a commercial way.

• We have a strict policy regarding the use of generative AI: all official artwork from the planet Zhenista is guaranteed to be AI-free, handcrafted by passionate artists! We have zero tolerance for the use of our content (art, illustrations, designs, graphics, animations, videos, music, texts, etc.) in AI, and we do not wish to be associated, directly or indirectly, with AI-generated content. 

3. Buying, Selling, and Trading

• Reselling, Trading, and Gifting:

  • You may resell your Bloodormar for no more than its original price, unless additional artwork has been commissioned, in which case the price may reflect the added value.

  • Gifted Bloodormar cannot be resold, even if additional artwork has been added. They may only be traded or gifted again.

  • Traded Bloodormars takes the worth of the less expensive character during the trade. For example, if your character worth 60€ and you trade it for a Bloodormar that cost 80€, the Bloodormar you receive worth now 60€. If a Bloodormar is trade with an only trade character/0€ value, they'll worth 0€.

  • If you get a free MYO, you may resold the future design ONLY if you bought additional art of the character. If you do, the value of the character will be the value of the art

  • Vouchering is allowed.

• Auction Rules:

  • Serious buyers only. Do not place a bid unless you are financially prepared to pay.

  • No bid retractions. Backing out of a bid or hiding a big will result in a strike. Three strikes lead to permanent blacklisting.

  • If you purchase a character from a blacklisted owner, contact an admin to verify the transfer. If you are not blacklisted, the character will regain official status.

4. Design Modifications

• You may not alter the design of a Bloodormar without permission.

  • Minor changes (such as scars, hairstyle, or minor color adjustments) are allowed, but must be approved.

  • We offer an official shop where you can purchase approved traits for your character.

• Owners may draw their Bloodormars in alternate forms (e.g., different species, genders, or AUs) for personal use only. These alternate versions are not considered canon and may not be sold as official designs.

• Bloodormars designs may not be used as bases for other adoptable or species.

5. Commercial Rights

• By default, commercial use of the character is included. This means you can sell merchandise (e.g., stickers, keychains, prints) featuring your Bloodormar.

• It does not grant ownership of the species itself. And you can't make merchandise of the species, only the characters you bought.

6. Blacklist and Rule Enforcement

• Blacklist Policy:

  • If you are blacklisted, your Bloodormars will be marked as "non-official" until sold or transferred to an eligible member.

  • Attempting to bypass the blacklist (e.g., using intermediaries to buy characters) will result in permanent bans.

  • If you acquire a Bloodormar from a blacklisted member, contact an admin to verify the transfer.

7. Community and Conduct

• Respect the community and the creators. Harassment, plagiarism, or unauthorized copying of designs will result in a warning or blacklist.

• The Bloodormar team may use official characters (with permission) for species-related events, promotional materials, or lore expansions. If you are not ok with that, please state is as soon as you buy the character.

• The TOS may be updated at any time. Major changes will be announced, but it is the owner's responsibility to stay informed.

8. Website and Discord Policies

  • The Bloodormars website and all its contents, including but not limited to artworks, character designs, and graphical assets, are the intellectual property of Akaronpa and respective contributors.

  • Unauthorized redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of any content found on the website is strictly prohibited.

  • Buttons, UI elements, and other design features created by commissioned designers remain their property and may not be extracted or used outside the site without permission.

  • Pixel arts can either be created by our team or sourced from free assets. Our artwork is owned by us, and free assets from outside sources are governed by their creators. Find a list of all the credits on the credit page.

  • The website is provided as a service; any attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the platform will result in legal action and blacklisting.

• Discord Server Rules:
  
  

  • By joining the official Bloodormar Discord, you agree to follow both the TOS and the server rules.

  • The community Discord server is strictly 18+. Minors are not allowed to join under any circumstances.

  • Harassment, hate speech, spamming, or NSFW content outside designated channels is strictly prohibited.

  • Admins and moderators reserve the right to remove users from the server at their discretion if they violate the community guidelines.

  • The Discord server is a privilege, not a right. Repeated violations may lead to a permanent ban from the community and blacklist from owning Bloodormars characters.
