How to create my own Bloodormar / Maar ?
Everything you need to know about Make Your Own tickets
To create and design your own Bloodormar / Maar [by drawing it yourself or commission an artist], you must have a Make Your Own (MYO) ticket as Bloodormaar / Maar are Closed Species!
MYO tickets can be bought via our official Discord server, or occasionally won during community events.
Tickets aren’t always available, so check the Discord regularly to catch upcoming sales or giveaways!
Before creating your Bloodormar, make sure to check out the following pages, they’ll help you design something amazing!
There are different MYO tickets depending on the subspecies :
Arid, Desert, Swamp, Tundra, Tropical, and Urban.
Each MYO ticket also has a rarity level based on the traits it offers :
[ Common ] [ Uncommon ] [ Rare ] and [ Mythical ].
What’s Included in a MYO Ticket?
Up to five traits matching the ticket’s rarity.
The mandatory traits of the chosen subspecies.
Up to five traits from each lower rarity tier
(e.g. a Rare ticket gives you five [ Rare ] + five [ Uncommon ] traits)
So the rarer the ticket is, the more traits you get to play with !
Important Rules to Know !
Mythical tickets allow only one [ Mythical ] trait.
You can use as many Common traits as you like.
There are no MYO tickets for obtaining a Type : you’ll need the correct subspecies ticket + the item required for the Type.
Hybrids (mix of subspecies) are not available via MYO.
MYOs cannot be sold, but you're free to gift or trade them.
Some very rare traits are only available by breeding mutation, see breeding page for more information.
Most traits can be used as long as you have the right MYO ticket, that means the correct rarity and subspecies.
But, there are some exceptions that require a special item in addition to your ticket:
To add a Type to your Bloodormaar
To use a trait not normally available to your subspecies
(e.g. : If you want hair on an Arid Bloodormar, you’ll need a Golden Comb!)
Exclusive mutation traits from Breeding.
By combining the right ticket with a Type item, you can create a Bloodormar with both a subspecies and a type : unlocking even more rare and unique traits !
Let’s say you want to create a Bloodormar from the Thundra subspecies, with the Storm type (for paw pad and huge body), curly fur, a leopard pattern, and an ice parasite... Basically, a kind of snow leopard !
So... what do you need?
Since it’s a Thundra, it automatically comes with the “furred body” trait... lucky you!
Like all Types, Storm isn’t unlocked by a MYO ticket alone. You’ll need to add a Snow Storm item from the shop to your Thundra MYO.
Curly fur is a valid Thundra trait, but it requires at least an [ Uncommon ] MYO ticket.
The leopard pattern works for any host, but it’s a Rare trait.
You’ll need a [ Rare ] MYO or higher.
Parasites with unusual materials or elemental forms are super rare.
You’ll need a [ Mythical ] MYO to unlock one.
In short :
To bring this snow-leopard-inspired Bloodormar to life,
you’ll need a [ Mythical ] Thundra MYO ticket + a Type item!
Not sure which MYO ticket fits your idea best?
Ask us in the #question-place channel on our Discord!
We’re here to help you choose the right ticket and avoid any mistakes, and we can also suggest alternatives if your budget doesn't match your dream design.
Note : It's important to keep in mind that you can't create a Bloodormar or Maar that is too close to an existing design. If you're uncertain, don't hesitate to ask us.
Step 1 :
Whether you're drawing your Bloodormar / Maar by yourself or commissioning an artist, we highly recommend posting your initial sketches in the verification channel on Discord.
That way, we can check the anatomy and traits before you go too far.
Step 2 :
Once you’ve got your flat colors done, feel free to submit them for a second round of feedback. It’s optional but really helpful!
Step 3 :
The final and mandatory step : get an admin’s approval to make your Bloodormar fully official.
Taking these steps early on helps avoid any last-minute surprises... like finding out you need to redo big parts of your design just when you thought you were done 👀
We can't wait to discover your future designs!
